THE BASICS: write a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. Possible or seemingly impossible. People look and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving. Personally, I get more out of giving than receiving sometimes. It's just a good feeling to give.

STEP ONE

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA.

** Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!


STEP TWO

** Surf around your friend list to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

Okay well, this: [link] has been sitting in my favorites on my computer for a year and a half- and whenever I do have money I seem to forget about it- so it was on my list last year and here it is again xD because I've never gotten around to getting it. I'm a coffee drinker- and I feel incomplete for not having a special mug.

2. Music recomendations! (Again something that was on my list last year- Even though I probably shouldn't be asking because...well..my 80GB ipod....I filled it. D: ) I like pretty much any kind of music- mostly indie rock- or any kind of music that's just out there and weird- but recently I like metal too(I blame metalocalypse, seriously, I used to hate this stuff- but it's all I can listen to recently)- so if any of you are metalheads and have any real metal(as in not Avenged Sevenfold or Disturbed ) you want to send my way

3. A letter in the mail! I love letters! Note me for my adress and I will love you forever.

4. Group cosplay with me!

5. Art of any of my characters; specifically either of these two(or the two of them together :3 ) ; [link] [link] or Wolfgang; [link] [link]

6. Art requests!!! TELL ME WHAT TO DRAW- NOW. GO.

7. Foreshortening- draw something or someone from a foreshortened angle- adhtghte I love foreshortening so much.

8. Fanart of any members of the Genei Ryodan from HunterxHunter. I'm completely retarted for Yoshihiro Togashi- the batshit crazy mind behind Yu Yu Hakusho and HxH- one of my favorite series of all time; OF ALL TIME. The provided level of material relevent to my interests is insufficiant to meet my personal required needs. Also; Metalocalypse fanart. I fell in love with Metalocalypse earlier this year and I can't get enough of it.

9. That someone who was once close to me but has betrayed me too many times for me to consider them a friend anymore takes some initiative and the steps they need to to improve themselve and their lifestyle before they loose the friends they have left.

10. That everyone has a wonderful holiday season and that all their wishes are granted.
